"The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf at Batu Ferringhi is a clean and spacious café, perfect for a relaxing break. The cozy atmosphere makes it a nice spot to chill and enjoy a drink. I had a good time, though the service was average—not particularly quick, especially during busy hours. Still, the café’s cleanliness and comfortable setup make up for it. A great place to escape the heat and take it easy. Overall, a solid four-star experience!"

"The coffee is good and the have good seletions of desserts, I tried the chocolate mint cake and it was nice. The bestvthing atvthis place is the service the staff is very welcoming andhelping and the made our experience even better. We'll definitely come back again."

"I am a kind of regular customer here. Whenever I went down for my morning walk to the beach I will stopped and have a drink or sometimes breakfast here . Toilet is clean . Service is very good and friendly . These few weeks I had a voucher of rm2 which I can have my iced americano with only rm2 he he . You should try their butter chicken sandwich and I love it"

"Kudos to the beautiful ambience and decor of the place. The staff is friendly and helpful. Our food and drinks were acceptable, typical cafe food taste. They do need to fix their toilet though. They are located in the hub of tourist spot, so customers will definitely need to use the toilets. So it was disappointing that only one toilet is working. It doesn’t bode well that it is not functioning especially the building is still very new."

"Had the Ice Blended Mocha and Jasmine Longan & both were amazing..The mocha creamy & not too sweet..Jasmine Longan was super refreshing with a nice floral taste. Perfect combo, especially on a hot day..Great service and cozy place to chill. Definitely 5 stars!"

"I just wanted to give a big shout-out to the morning shift team on 11/11 for their amazing service! I ordered a Mocha Ice Blended, but due to some earlier payment confusion, the barista accidentally keyed in the wrong item. I didn’t notice it on the receipt, and when the drink was ready, I realized it wasn’t what I ordered. I told the barista (in a good tone), and without hesitation, he said, “No problem, I’ll remake it for you.” When the correct drink was ready, I took my order and left the wrong one at the counter. The barista girl then came over and said, “Take this as well.” I told her it’s okay, but she kindly insisted I take it. To be honest, I rarely encounter this level of service at fast-food or F&B chains. Thank you to the morning shift team for the amazing service you really made my day!"

"Located at a small building not far away from park royal or shangrila. Ordered hot chai latte take a way mini chocolate cake. Also ordered some poppyseed bagel and scone. A very clean cafe - love it. A great place for a short break from the heat. Service is fast eventhough looks like there is only one staff working. Great interio design."
